Development Underway on Stockton

On the corner of Marcy and Stockton there is a new development.� It’s labelled as 89, 91 and 99 Stockton.� � � Before this fencing went up this was just a parking lot.�
There is an empty building adjacent to this lot.� The Chinese restaurant and the bodega on the first floor of the building were shuttered when I passed by one afternoon.� �
I’ve tried to find out more about this development by searching the DOB database, but� for some reason my searches never turn up� any good information.� The DOB paperwork posted on the fence says “New Building”, so� I’m just going to assume that it’s going to be a residential building.� If that’s the case, these units will be across the street from a public housing project and the Cascade laundry building. Who knows?� Maybe this will be the future site of the� Cascade Condos.� I’d love to get my hands on those vintage letters that spell “Cascade”� on the adjacent building.� Don’t know what I would do with those letters, but I� love� their vintage look.

dob website says that 99 is gonna be a three family home . so the rest of the development will be the same
The secret to dob website is to click on permits in progress/issued . that tells you everything
