It’s always fun to see brownstones with unconventional colors. It makes me wonder about the homeowner–how brave and creative you have to be to select a color like this when all of your neighbors have chosen more traditional colors.

A new fast food restaurant called Jazzy Burger has opened on Nostrand Avenue near Monroe Street. I’m all for new restaurants, because eating is a good thing, but the minute I saw it I thought “Not another burger-and-fries joint. Not here. Please.”
The awning says “The Burger 4 Cents With No Nonsense”. Whaaa? [...]
