the curry goat is the worst in the neighborhood in my humble (and Jamaica trained) opinion...its like, extremely fatty. Also the rice was lukewarm+oversteamed when I got it. I'm sticking to Pete+Pat's on Dekalb for now

My first visit to Nature Twist had my taste buds jumping for joy the jerk chicken was amazing and I loved the steamed cabbage. The staff was friendly and engaging and remembered me on my second visit even though they had a full house the first time I was there.

I didn't have that experience when I visited Nature Twist, but I know that slow/poor service can be a deal-breaker. They were quick and helpful when I visited. There were two other customers there at the time and I believe that they were also being helped adequately. Hopefully the Nature Twist staff will see your comment and pay close attention to the way they service their customers. One bad (or even mediocre) first-time experience at a place can turn a person off.

I stopped by Nature Twist recently just because I was thrilled to see a new shop on this end of Tompkins. But there seemed to be complete indifference to both my presence and my time. I wouldn't recommend it unless the rest of your day is free.
