I saw a different architectural firm's name (BAC Group) on the permit. The Vernon Avenue development (you can't see it in the picture) is behind Myrtle Place and it is nearly complete. That's the affordable housing building and it is not a bad looking building, either. So the mini residential building that is in the picture is Scarano too? That's strange. What's holding the NEBHDCO project up? My mistake, then.
