Vegan cornbread - or corncake as my grandson insists on calling it, vegan German Chocalate cake, organic salad, and those great banana fritters (made by mom, oh yeah vegan). Bravo Brook’s Valley.

It was well worth the wait yesterday. The food was great, and community and neighborhood merchants support showed that there will be many more anniversaries. Congratulations!!

No, I eat fish no dairy, but if you see me you can tell I eat lots of vegan treats. :-) I would like to be gluten free and I have had and will have good stretches of being vegan, but the short answer is still no.

Olivia, vegan pancakes and organic fruits for brunch this weekend at Brooks Valley. Talk to Charmaine because I believe the cornbread and pie are not only homemade but are also vegan.

I understand the maple syrup is organic as well, at least that is what I was told.

I love Brooks. I just wish they would answer their phone during business hours. It’s easier to get through on Hot97 when they’re giving away tickets!
