Paul’s Used Furniture and Antiques is an outdoor market located on Gates Avenue near the corner of Bedford Avenue. I’d seen this market several times but I wasn’t quite sure if it was open to the public. Luckily, a reader emailed me about a cool open air antiques market just off of Bedford, and I immediately recognized the place and headed over.
I stopped by on a sunny Saturday afternoon and I met the owner, Paul.  He was very friendly and told me that the market is open 9 am – 5 pm daily, except when it rains. I found plenty of stuff to buy (if I only had the space). Most of the items were reasonably priced, and some items were downright bargains.
If you’re into antiques, be sure to check this place out often. They buy and sell collectibles and their selection is updated frequently. They also have moving services.

I rode by this new outdoor antique shop. I think it is a great use of unused lot space, at least until the warmer weather lasts.
Hey, anyone know if this is still going on at the Gates Ave location? I wandered by that area a few weeks ago and didn’t see anything… would love to check it out if it’s actually there.
Thanks!
I’ve been by on a couple of sunny days and missed it as well, even though the flyer that I received says that it’s daily. Try calling ahead if you think you’ll be in the vicinity just to make sure that Paul’s there.
Where do the sellers at this antique market go in the winter?
