Changeling, I wanted to thank you very very much for suppporting me in my efforts of spreading the word about my cooking demonstrations and classes. It is my intention to radiate health, wellness and vitality into the community and what better way to do this than by inspiring people to nourish themselves through high quality foods.

Check out my artcle in Lavish Magazine (www.lavishmagonline.com) on wholesome nutrition to beat the summer heat!

Blessings,

Swiss chard? Go ahead and rename this blog, a more appropriate name would be "Changeling's Slow and Steady March Into the Land of Booji."
