Flyers by night

I posted 50 of these flyers yesterday on my block:
Reward for
Lost Kitten
Petal is 6 months old (a bit older than in this photo).
You can’t miss this cute kitten—she’s all white with 2 orange spots on her head and an orange and black tail. She lives on Lexington between Marcus Garvey and Lewis. We haven’t seen her for a few days and hope she is OK. Please call us if you know where she is!

I handed them out to people and also stuck several on the railing in front of my house. This morning most of them were gone! I was so upset, but maybe I should be pleased that people took them and will be looking for poor missing Petal. She is a really cute cat and we miss her.

That is the saddest thing ever. I really hope you find this kitten!

Awww, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that she’s somewhere nearby completely unaware of the worry she’s caused her human companions!

keep your eyes open, in my experience, cats generally don’t stray too far from home, but she may be spooked to the point that she won’t come home on her own. are there any vacant lot type places nearby she could be hiding in? keep putting up the flyers; as long as a few stay up, that’s all you need. i lost a cat for over 2 months and only got him back because one faded flyer was still on a telephone pole.

i hope you find your cat. my husband and i went through hell and back trying to find our cat.
we were the saddest people for two weeks, until a neighbour 2 doors down found her.
we were obsessed with flyers, we printed at least 100 and never gave up, and it paid off.
you will find you cat.
