WHO: You…you…maybe you…and definitely you
WHY: ?
WHAT: Great German beer, great German food, great German and non-German music

15 bucks gets you

* Live music all night long

They’re selling 100 tickets and you can get them at their cool website. So put on die lederhosen und dirndl and get yourself over to Oktoberfest!

This was the worst party/event i’ve been to since i’ve moved to new york. the website and all of the write ups were extremely misleading (the website was infinitely better than the actually event. the space was someone’s disgusting apartment. there was not half of what the website promised and it was NOT worth the $15. the “authentic german beer tent” was eight streamers hung to their disco ball, and the “rooftop” was the kind that we brooklyners are apt to use for ourselves but aren’t technically supposed to. black tar paper, no edge/railings to speak of. the whole event was like a lame houseparty that we have to pay to get into. it all felt like a scam.

Guess what Sucks… who ever threw this party…and who ever runs this website to promote it. This was a bunch of lame brooklyn douche bags trying to make a quick buck of people in their neighborhood by having a “octoberfest” which was nothing but a shitty house party. There was problems getting beer, the food never came, the bands sucked. And did i mention it was just in some douchebags living room. Awful Awful Awful. If this is what parties are like in clinton hill count me out forever.
