Fulton Street Halloween Fest

The Fulton Mall Improvement Association (FMIA) will be hosting a Halloween Fest this Saturday, October 27th. Children will enjoy Halloween in Downtown Brooklyn as Fulton Street welcomes kids of all ages with face painting, candy and toy giveaways, arts and crafts, and clowns. It will be a true day of fun for the entire family in the borough’s major shopping destination.
