This restaurant is a few blocks from me and I finally tried it after all the reviews and attention it was getting. I must say, good thing I waited cause my waistline would be in serious trouble. The food was delicious. The presentation is so pretty you dont want to eat the food, just look at it. I had the lamb massa…ummmmmm. My friend had the grilled tilapia. All the dishes were good.I had the ginger beer with a twist of lime that was soo refreshing. For dessert I had the creme brulee’….very very very very good and my friend had the chocolate mousse….very very very good.Congratulations to them and I must go back to try other dishes.

Yes this is a good place. The food, the owners, the atomsphere just great. We need 9 more places like this to make this area blast off.

Amen, Sally. And here are the 9 cuisines we need (all sit-down, no take-out joints and no bullet-proof glass):

    1 Thai
    2 New American
    3 REAL Chinese
4 German (I know, I know, a long shot but I love this cuisine)
    5 Southern
    6 Japanese with nice sushi
    7 Italian (southern)
    8 Indian
    9 Tex-Mex

Thai places will always be a hit, but they only go in trendy areas.

    What’s new American?

Yes, more than anything too any bad chinese places around. All the rice is awful at these places.

    German? LOL

It was a great party! And now Le Toukouleur has its wine/beverage license (or whatever it’s called), so they are serving wines now.
