I don’t know how much influence we had, but we’ll take whatever credit we can. Mainly, I’m just very pleased to see that this eyesore has been tidied up!
Now if they’d just fix the broken sidewalk:

wow – this is great news! so glad someone is taking care of this poor baby! can we hope for some nice apartments?

They were already working on the building when all of the blogs picked up on the poor condition of the building, so sorrrrrrrrry. You get no credit! (LOL) Better luck next time.
I am happy to see that they are fixing up the place.
