PACC Offers Homeownership Opportunities at The Hawthorne

I received this information from the Pratt Area Community Council (PACC). For all of you who may have struggled to find affordable housing in the area, here’s your chance to own a condo! The Hawthorne condominium has 1- and 2-bedroom units ranging from about $185K to $424K. Income restrictions are noted below.
You can obtain an application of interest in one of three ways:
1) by visiting the PACC offices located at 201 Dekalb Avenue or 1224 Bedford Avenue or
2) by visiting the PACC website and clicking on “Available Affordable Homes and Apartments” or
3) by sending a self-addressed 41-cent stamped business-sized envelope to:
- PACC
- Attn: The Hawthorne Condos
- 1224 Bedford Avenue
- Brooklyn, NY 11216
