YMCA Open House This Saturday

This Saturday, January 19th the Bedford-Stuyvesant YMCA will be having an open house. Attendees will get the chance to meet a Y Personal Fitness Coach. If you join before February 4th, they’ll waive the joiner’s fee! The open house is from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For more details, visit the YMCA website.

Just gotta drop a comment here- since you guys posted about the Y’s promotion about meeting with a fitness instructor back in December, I’ve joined the BedStuy Y and loved every minute of it! This YMCA branch is one of the best parts about our neighborhood. It’s brand new with great equipment, it’s incredibly inexpensive to be a member, and like all YMCA’s, everyone there is super friendly! It’s hard for me to motivate myself to go to the gym, but this place makes it really easy. I highly suggest checking out one of Bedstuy’s best secrets!
