Art Studio Space for Rent

They’re looking for a new studio mate (male or female) for a work-space at the Feather Factory’s Growing Studio.
It’s a $600 per month / 300 square foot art studio space just 5 minutes from the Bedford/Nostrand stop on the G.
The space is roughly a 15′ x 20′ studio within a 5000 square foot loft space in Bed-Stuy. The space is ideal for a painter, sculptor or designer (no music rehearsals). Wi-fi is available and kitchen use is ok, but freight elevator use is limited. Utilities are included.
A month to month or longer term lease is available starting February 1st. No deposit is necessary. Only serious inquiries need apply.
