Really, I can't figure out what it is. #3 rental: Low rent with the high deposit--it's kinda like those coop buildings with really cheap units (and manageable maintenance fees) that you can't afford because they want you to put 20% down and have at least 100K in cash reserves. :( #2 rental: Ha-ha!
