Junior Mynt Nears Completion

The Junior Mynt on Myrtle
The Junior Mynt is a new building that is being erected next door to the Mynt. It’s not a bad looking building, but it looks unusual in the shadow of its neighbor. While the Mynt is a large light beige/silver building, this thing is tiny and it’s some sort of bluish/brownish color. A note of thanks goes out to this builder for not placing the dreaded Fedders air conditioners all across the front of the building. I’m not thrilled about the balconies overlooking Myrtle Avenue, because let’s face it, balconies that small are used for bike and junk storage only. Why didn’t they put them on the back of the building? And even if you are able to place a chair onto one of the larger balconies, who in their right mind wants to watch Myrtle Avenue’s Theater of the Absurd in their spare time?
There’s a growing number of buildings that look just like this one popping up in this section of the neighborhood. Eh.

What does Eh mean? Is that a good thing or a bad thing. This area really seems to be developing. What new amenities, and or quality of life things are you enjoying due to this change.
