Shilpa Ray is awesome, she’s the lead singer/harmonium player for Beat the Devil. she is tiny but has some heavy duty pipes. BTD is her on harmonium (Indian cross between accordion and organ), a bassist and drummer, so her solo act should be much the same. don’t go if you think you’ll be able to chat through her set: she plays unamplfied because she doesn’t need any additional volume!
