A busy schedule + staler than stale real estate listings = no Friday real estate picks. That’s been the story for the past couple of weeks for me. Hopefully I’ll be back in business next week, and I hope the apartment, condo and brownstone listings look a little fresher. Even if I end up seeing the same old properties next week, they’ll probably look new to me and I’ll probably post them thinking that they are new. Should be exciting.

This apartment is located on Greene between Bedford & Nostrand. I believe that this block of Greene is one of the nicer blocks in the northern section of the neighborhood. The apartment is closest to the G train at Bedford-Nostrand, but it’s not too difficult to get to the Nostrand A/C train because the B44 bus running along Nostrand is one of the more reliable and fast-moving buses in this neighborhood. The apartment has a lot of nice details, but the washer/dryer unit located just outside of the apartment and the roof access are the real key features here.
