#1 — $1500 — 2 br: It’s a cute space at a decent price. If it really is a 2 bedroom, grab it before it’s gone! Lewis and Macon

PICK OF THE WEEK! #2 — $2000 — 2 br: This place is not 6 blocks to the G, it’s more like 3 or 4. That’s the only real downside that I can see with this apartment. All that light pouring in through the windows is glorious!

#3 — $1000 — 1 br: The only downside to this apartment is that it is near Myrtle Avenue’s “Project Row.” The upside is that it is reasonably priced and it looks like a really nice space.
