                  That shooting happened right down the street from me. It was a drive-by. First there was a pop of several shots and then there was return fire that sounded like it came from an automatic. It may have started on Quincy and Nostrand but the corner of Monroe and Nostrand was taped off and there were shell casings found on the ground at the corner.

                  It’s not unusual to hear shots from time to time in my parts, but this was different. Not good…

                  The NY Times piece makes me a little teary. I feel like these guys are trying so hard to do the best they can. Especially the deaf guy and the curbside mechanic. Just call me a liberal softie, I guess.
