Haunted Houses of Bed-Stuy 10/1

Haunted on Bedford and Willoughby

Haunted on Bedford and Willoughby

Last October, Robin Lester, author of the Clinton Hill Blog, had a pretty neat idea. She began posting images of haunted houses in her neighborhood. When I saw her posts, I wanted to play along because Bed-Stuy, after all, has more haunted houses than any neighborhood in Brooklyn. We both posted pics throughout the month of October. Well, it’s October again, so it’s time to hunt down more haunted houses.

The house above is on Bedford Avenue and it’s been haunted for a long time. It’s next door to a run down building that used to be some sort of bicycle/scooter shop.

Be sure to visit the Clinton Hill Blog this month to see what’s haunted in Clinton Hill.

I just took a photo of this same building! I’m very curious about it… I wonder who owns it?

    2. The Changeling says:

I didn’t get the address on Bedford, so I can’t look it up in the Dept. of Buildings website. I’ll see if there’s a number anywhere on the building the next time I pass by.

    4. The Changeling says:

It’s between Willoughby and Dekalb. It’s been trashed for so long, it’s hard to believe anyone owns it.
