The Bed-Stuy Ambulance Corps’ Latest Challenge: The Condemned Building Next Door

    The Bed-Stuy Volunteer has faced a number of obstacles as they’ve tried to get their new headquarters up and running on Greene Avenue and Marcus Garvey Boulevard. After finally receiving a grant for a new trailer (the trailer will be used as a training center for new EMTs), they haven’t been able to place the trailer on their lot because of a crumbling building next door.
