What are the boundaries of the 36th district?
Assuming that it hasn’t changed, this is it:

It looks ridiculous–the middle section of Bed-Stuy, a nibble of Clinton Hill and the top section of Crown Heights. Why don’t the districts fall along normal boundaries like Flushing, Broadway, Atlantic, etc.?
