The Vampire’s Ball in Bed-Stuy

SarahJames is having a Vampire’s Ball on Friday! There’ll be a DJ spinning tunes and an open bar from 10:00 – 11:00 p.m. Admission is free and the person with the best costume gets $100! SarahJames was recently voted Best Out-of-the-Way New Bar by AM New York. If you haven’t been yet, get yer costume on and get over there this weekend!

    the people with the best costumes were cheated out of the contest and the door prize, because they delayed it until after 2am, when the only people left in the bar were people who weren’t dressed up at all.

    THE WINNER OF THE $100 PRIZE FOR BEST COSTUME AT THE VAMPIRE’S BALL IS THE WOMAN WHO CAME AS THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLE. EITHER COME TO SARAHJAMES OR CALL/EMAIL US TO COLLECT THE HUNDY. WELL DONE!

    NOTE: with an all-night party you can’t just hand out the prize during the party, you have to wait until the party is over so everybody gets a shot at it. (SORRY SARA, BUT THIS IS THE ONLY FAIR WAY TO DO IT)
