There are several Miles David documentaries out, but I think this must be the new one,  “The Miles Davis Documentary,” released this past June. Written and directed by Christopher Wilkinson, who was also involved in 2001′s biopic “The Miles Davis Story,” it features appearances by George Clinton, Marcus Miller, and Jimmy Heath as well as plenty of performance footage of Miles himself.

Film&Thought4Talk is a film screening and discussion series held at the Macon Branch of the Brooklyn Public Library twice a month, every 1st and 3rd Saturday, at 1 pm.
