Partial Building Exterior Collapse on Ralph Avenue

A partial brick exterior collapse from the second floor of a mixed use building caused police to isolate a Ralph Avenue block late last week.  Although it wasn’t a major collapse, authorities chose to take precaution, sealing off Ralph Avenue between Decatur and Bainbridge Streets.   No reports on if anyone was hurt.  A portion of the corner property appears to have been undergoing some construction already.  Police on the scene say that the block will be closed to traffic for the next couple of days, but the street is still opened to pedestrians.  The B47 that runs along Ralph Avenue has been forced to make detours onto Patchen Avenue.  Does anyone have anymore information to add?
