HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire” Premieres September 19th @ 9PM

Residents surrounding the Stuyvesant Heights Landmark Senior Citizens Center (375 Stuyvesant Avenue at Decatur Street) and fans of the landmark in general – mark your calendars.  The series premiere of HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire” is in September.  You may recall film crews descending on the landmark space (sometimes once a week for three or four days) throughout the winter.  Observers were treated to some great prohibition-era props and even fake snow!  The promo below is the latest and it first aired during the “True Blood” season premiere last month.  Be sure to tune in September 19th and be the first to spot some exterior or interior shots.
