Tin City’s New Vintage Awning

The exterior of the soon coming Tin City Drug & General Store (366 Lewis Avenue, between Macon and Halsey Streets) now adorns a pastel blue stripped awning.  The vintage-styled awning was erected on Sunday.   Owner Saratu Nafziger is still all ears about what potential customers are looking to buy – brands, food categories or must-have treats!  You can contact her at saratu@saratu.com.  What do you think of Tin City’s look so far?

I love it! I really like when shops have those old fashioned awnings. It looks very Main Street America to me.

It’s wonderful! Hopefully, it makes the other business owners step their game up.

great aesthetic! would be wonderful to have a good selection of organic produce, milk, eggs. also, things like olives, pesto, hummous, greek yogurt…i think that choice greene and marlow and sons are good businesses to look at for inspiration. can’t wait!

  5. Yay! Getting closer. I think this would be a good complement to L&H on the corner.
