    i usually can’t stand these neighborhood profiles done by the papers. the new york times is particularly consistent in writing cliched and shallow pieces while missing the true character of every neighborhood they choose. this, however felt just about right. perhaps the writer lives around westbed?

    alexa, i had the same reaction. sweet that this was written by someone visiting for the first time. reminds me of how i felt in the old fort greene days, and now bs.
