Friends … at least I hope we still are.
You can’t imagine how disappointing it’s been for me not to have written my first post on my recently assigned real estate beat here at Bed-Stuy Blog.
The only explanation I can offer is … life happens.
This has been a tough spring and summer, which I’ve shared with The Changeling.
Car accidents, family loss and personal health issues all took a toll in a short period of time.
About the only thing I’ve been able to manage is to continue connecting with some of Brooklyn’s most interesting people in my tweets so that I can stay engaged.
But after the mournin’, a new day comes
And with it some top shelf s_ _ _ (an off color phrase used in bars, street corners and parks)
I love writing about real estate at Bed-Stuy Blog and I can’t wait to drop on you something that is going to make our monthly real estate wrap the envy of Brooklyn’s blogosphere.
Just to give you a hint
The movements of a neighborhood will be televised
I’m re-entering the ring using some geeky tech tools to bring you the Bed Stuy Real Estate Wrap Up in Color.
Complete with narration, photos and moving images.
That way, you won’t have to read through my 1,000 plus word posts and get mad at me (but I’ll usually find a reason to write something)
And just as Muhammad Ali would do before a big fight…
I’m making a bold prediction.
On September 28th 2010, I will submit my first real estate wrap up to the bosses here for their review.
And soon we’ll be back together again.
