Bed-Stuy BID Town Hall Meeting

A town hall meeting is scheduled for Friday, April 29th from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Representatives from the Long Island Railroad will be on-hand to discuss the Atlantic Street closure and its impact on local traffic. Also, the EDC and the Construction Manager for the Fulton Streetscape Project will discuss the project’s potential impact on local businesses.

Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Gets A Facelift

Stuyvesant Heights is home to several historical churches.  Among them is Mt. Flip This House: Mixed Use Building on Malcolm X Boulevard & Macon Street

Block Association Website Fundraiser

An Alternative to Recycling Christmas Trees

Over here in Stuyvesant Heights, a couple of brownstone residents got creative with Christmas tree branches and trimmings.  Layering pines and spruces in gardening pottery make for a wintery bouquet that can last up to springtime.
