Partial Building Exterior Collapse on Ralph Avenue

A partial brick exterior collapse from the second floor of a mixed use building caused police to isolate a Ralph Avenue block late last week.  Although it wasn’t a major collapse, authorities chose to take precaution, sealing off Ralph Avenue between Decatur and Bainbridge Streets.   No reports on if anyone was hurt.  A portion [...]

Flipping Out On Halsey Street

Looks like this brickfront Colonial styled home located on Halsey Street and Malcolm X Boulevard is just about finished,  but it didn’t always look like this.  Check out the house before the flip, thanks to Google Maps.   Anyone know more information – interior features, asking price?
