Another Foot of Snow!

This is another one for the record books, in more ways than one.  Reports say this storm was the eighth-largest snowfall in city history, the snowiest January on record and the sixth-snowiest winter in city history.

10th Annual Tree Lighting At Fulton Park

Free Mulch At Fulton Park

MTA Eliminates Customer Assistance at Stuyvesant Ave. A Train Entrance

Residents of Stuyvesant Heights are up in arms: Apparently, the MTA has said that after September 20 there will be no station agent at the Stuyvesant Avenue/Fulton Park entrance to the Utica Avenue A train. Lights, Camera, Action!!!

KIDflix Film Fest Celebrating 10 Years – Free Movies Friday Nights in August

[ August 7, 2009; 7:30 pm; August 14, 2009; 7:30 pm; August 21, 2009; 7:30 pm; August 28, 2009; 7:30 pm; ] The annual KIDflix Film Fest of Bed-Stuy kicks off Friday at Fulton Park – Stuyvesant Avenue and Fulton Street.  Movies every Friday night in August at 7:30PM.  In the event of rain, movies will be screened on Saturday nights.

Found Dog

A beautiful, well-behaved dog was found early this morning by the A train stop near the park.
